Prior to working at The Layne Project, Shaina worked at Non-Profit that specializes in the placement and adoption of special needs children. She received her Bachelors at the University of Texas in Social Work with a focus in Child Development. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University for her Masters in Social Work with a focus in Marriage and Family Counseling. Shaina moved to Kansas from Arizona with her 2 children and Belgian Malinois.
Fun Fact: When she's not serving the community, Shaina has a passion for restoring classic cars. She has owned and raced multiple American Muscle Cars with great success.
