Naomi Cataudella, LSCSW
Director of Service Provision and Program Development
Naomi graduated from the University of Kansas with her Masters degree in Social Work in 2013. She went on to manage the bereavement programs for two hospices in the Kansas City area where she provided grief and loss counseling to bereaved individuals. She decided to begin working on her clinical licensure and went to work for a community Mental health center where she provided therapeutic services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in a correctional setting. From there Naomi went on to work as a family therapist for a Juvenile Correctional facility where she worked with juveniles and their families who have a wide range of dynamics, challenges, and high conflict relationships. In 2019 Naomi came onto The Layne Project as a full-time therapist and co-facilitates the BeH20 program. Naomi is skilled and trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and trauma informed care. Naomi is talented at providing creative solutions to difficult problems and tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
