While navigating the chaotic life of a military spouse, Shailie realized her passion for budgeting, scheduling, and all things organization. As she traveled across the U.S. and the Atlantic with her family, she turned her focus to being a stay-at-home Mom and pursuing her degree in Accounting at UMGC. When her husband retired in 2019, her family settled in Kansas. Shailie continued to focus on her three children and completed her Associates degree. When all three of her children started school Shailie joined the Layne Project team.
